The main objective of the project is to develop a wireless energy meter. In this project we are building a automated system by using arduino and gsm module you can recharge the electricity balance through this system just by sending a sms. Prepaid electricity energy meter is a good concept in which you can recharge its balance like we do in our mobile phones. Due to this problem i designed a solar syste.

The reading is store in built in eeprom so at the power failure it continues the calculating reading. The arduino takes the pulse from the energy meter calculate units and displays the reading on the lcd. It hampers the life of every one. So i built my smart meter model mm 93 based on arduino with some awesome features hope you like and enjoy the project.
